Veo 3.1 AI is an advanced AI video generator powered by Google's Veo 3.1 model. It allows you to create high-quality 30-second videos from text descriptions or images without any video editing skills.

How do I get started?

Get 10 free credits upon signup
Go to the Video Generator
Enter your prompt or upload an image
Click "Generate Video"

Do I need video editing experience?

No! Veo 3.1 AI is designed for everyone. Simply describe what you want in plain language, and the AI will create the video for you.

Credits & Pricing

What are credits?

Credits are the currency used to generate videos on Veo 3.1 AI. Each video generation costs 2 credits.

How do I get credits?

Free: Get 10 credits when you sign up
Purchase: Buy credit packages from the Pricing page
Packages available: 50, 100, 200, or 500 credits

Do credits expire?

Yes, purchased credits expire after 12 months from the purchase date. Free signup credits do not expire.

What if I run out of credits?

You'll receive a notification when you're low on credits. You can purchase more credits anytime from your account dashboard or the pricing page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we offer refunds for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

Video Generation

How long does it take to generate a video?

Most videos are generated in 2-5 minutes. Generation time depends on:

Server load
Video complexity
Selected quality settings

What video length is supported?

Currently, all videos are 30 seconds long. This is the optimal length for social media and marketing content.

What aspect ratios are available?

16:9: Perfect for YouTube, websites (landscape)
9:16: Ideal for Instagram Reels, TikTok (vertical)
Auto: Let AI decide based on content

Can I generate longer videos?

30-second videos are currently our standard. Longer video support is coming soon! Join our newsletter to be notified when it's available.

How many videos can I generate per day?

There's no daily limit! You can generate as many videos as you have credits for.

Text-to-Video

What makes a good prompt?

A good prompt is:

Specific: Include details about subject, action, and environment
Descriptive: Use sensory language and emotions
Clear: Avoid contradictions or vague terms

Example:

A red sports car driving along a coastal highway at sunset, 
ocean waves in the background, cinematic camera angle, 
golden hour lighting

Can I use copyrighted content in prompts?

Avoid referencing specific copyrighted characters, brands, or trademarks. Instead, describe the general concept or style.

What languages are supported for prompts?

Currently, English and Chinese prompts are supported. More languages coming soon!

Image-to-Video

What image formats are supported?

JPEG/JPG

Maximum file size: 50MB

What makes a good reference image?

High resolution: At least 1080p
Clear subject: Not blurry or pixelated
Good lighting: Not too dark or overexposed
Interesting composition: Something worth animating

Can I use photos of people?

Yes, but make sure you have the rights to use the image. Avoid using photos of public figures or celebrities without permission.

Does the AI add new elements to my image?

The AI primarily animates your existing image. You can request specific movements or changes in your prompt.

Technical Questions

What video format is used?

Videos are generated in MP4 format (H.264 codec), compatible with all major platforms.

What resolution are the videos?

Videos are generated in high quality, up to 1080p depending on the selected aspect ratio.

Can I download my videos?

Yes! Once generation is complete, you can download your video directly from the output gallery.

How long are videos stored?

Generated videos are stored for 90 days. Make sure to download important videos for long-term storage.

Can I use generated videos commercially?

Yes! You have full commercial rights to videos you generate. See our Terms of Service for details.

Account & Billing

How do I reset my password?

Go to the Sign In page
Click "Forgot Password"
Enter your email
Check your inbox for reset instructions

Can I change my email address?

Yes, go to your Profile page to update your email address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Stripe payments

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information.

Troubleshooting

My video generation failed. What happened?

Common causes:

Invalid prompt: Try rephrasing your prompt
Image issues: Check image format and size
Server overload: Try again in a few minutes

If the problem persists, contact support.

The video doesn't match my prompt. What can I do?

Make your prompt more specific
Add style keywords (e.g., "cinematic", "professional")
Try different phrasing

Check your spam folder. If you still don't see it:

Wait a few minutes (emails can be delayed)
Request a new verification email
