Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 21, 2025
Last Updated: August 28, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to Veo3o1 at veo3o1.com and its AI video generation features (the "Service"). Veo3o1 is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to the Service under the law where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. You must use the Service only in compliance with applicable law.

1.2 Your Account

You agree to provide accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in method, and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts and credits may not be sold, transferred, or shared without our written permission.

2. Service Description

2.1 AI Video Generation Features

The Service currently supports several Veo 3.1 generation workflows:

  • Text to Video for generating a video from a written prompt
  • First and Last Frames for guiding the start and end of a clip with images
  • Reference Images for guiding subjects, objects, or visual consistency with one to three images

Depending on the selected model and mode, available settings can include 4, 6, or 8-second duration; Auto, 16:9, or 9:16 aspect ratio; and 720p, 1080p, or 4K resolution. Some combinations are not available. The generator displays valid options and the applicable credit cost before submission.

2.2 Technical Limitations

AI generation is probabilistic and depends on third-party infrastructure. A request may be queued, delayed, rejected, fail, or produce unexpected content. Output quality and prompt adherence are not guaranteed.

Input limits, valid mode combinations, result availability, concurrency controls, and credit costs may change as the Service evolves. The current generator interface and documentation are the authoritative product reference at the time you submit a request. Generated result links are temporary, currently available for up to 14 days, so download any result you want to keep.

New videos use temporary result links and are shown for up to 14 days. Download anything you want to keep.

2.3 Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, capacity limits, legal requirements, or product changes may interrupt or alter the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary.

3. Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

3.1 Credit System

Video generation and post-generation actions consume credits. Costs vary by model, resolution, mode, duration, and action. The Service shows the cost before you submit an eligible operation.

Credits are account-bound, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. One-time credit packages do not expire under the current product rules. Subscription credits are allocated for the applicable billing period and do not roll over unless the offer shown at purchase says otherwise.

Credits are restored for generation attempts that reach a qualifying failure or timeout state recognized by the Service. A successful generation consumes the displayed credits even if the creative result does not meet your subjective expectations. If a failed task does not show the expected restoration, contact support with its task identifier.

3.2 Pricing and Product Terms

Current plans, prices, credit allocations, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the Pricing page and during checkout. Those purchase-time details form part of these Terms. We may change future prices or offers, but changes do not retroactively reduce credits already purchased.

3.3 Payment and Renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment methods available in your checkout session. We do not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes.

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancellation. You may cancel through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally reverse the current billing period. Taxes, currency conversion, and bank fees may apply.

3.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy shown at the time of purchase and applicable law. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly. A refund request does not guarantee approval, and processing time after approval depends on Stripe, your payment method, and your financial institution.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringes another person's rights.

4.1 Prohibited Content

Prohibited uses include:

  • Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violent wrongdoing, or credible threats
  • Hateful harassment or targeted abuse
  • Fraud, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, or misleading media intended to cause harm
  • Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Content or conduct that violates applicable law

4.2 Technical and Service Abuse

You may not bypass access, credit, rate, safety, or security controls; probe or exploit vulnerabilities; disrupt infrastructure; submit malicious code; use stolen credentials or payment methods; or run unauthorized automation that creates excessive load or circumvents the intended product interface.

This restriction does not prohibit good-faith indexing of public pages by compliant search engines or security research expressly authorized by us.

4.3 Enforcement

We may reject or remove content, limit features, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or action is necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service. Serious illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, history, intent, and legal obligations.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Inputs

As between you and Veo3o1, you retain any rights you have in prompts and images you submit. You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to submit that content and use it with an AI generation service.

5.2 License Needed to Provide the Service

You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and display your inputs and results only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service or comply with law. This does not grant us permission to publish private content for marketing without your direction or consent. We do not claim a license to use private inputs to train an AI model.

5.3 Generated Output

Subject to these Terms and the terms of applicable providers, you may use generated output for lawful personal or commercial purposes. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, may resemble output generated for others, and may include elements that require additional rights or clearance. We do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or commercial use.

5.4 Service Property and Third-Party Marks

The Veo3o1 website, code, design, documentation, and original brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your right to use the Service does not include a right to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the platform except where law does not permit that restriction.

Google, Veo, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References describe compatibility or underlying technology and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, retained, and shared. Your prompts, images, settings, and task data are transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure as needed to generate videos. Payment information is processed by Stripe. Review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal, confidential, or sensitive content.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output, obtaining necessary permissions, disclosing AI-generated media where required, and deciding whether a result is appropriate for your use. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or apply their own restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veo3o1 and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or the cost of substitute services arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veo3o1 and its operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of generated output, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact [email protected] from your account email. Cancel an active subscription through the available billing controls before deleting your account. Account deletion can forfeit unused credits and does not itself create a right to a refund.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed to pay amounts due, or if continued service is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal by contacting support.

10.3 Effect of Termination

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions. Retention and deletion of information are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, providers, pricing, or legal requirements change. We will update the "Last Updated" date and give additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service and cancel future renewals.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding consumer protections that cannot be waived in your place of residence. Before filing a formal claim, please contact [email protected] so both parties can attempt to resolve the issue. If informal resolution fails, a dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

13. General Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and purchase terms shown at checkout form the agreement governing the Service.

Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign your account or these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including provider outages, network failures, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or war.
