Privacy Policy

Effective Date: December 21, 2025
Last Updated: August 28, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Veo3o1 ("we", "our", or the "Service") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use veo3o1.com and its AI video generation features.

Veo3o1 is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. The Service relies on third-party infrastructure to process AI video generation requests, authentication, payments, email, analytics, and hosting. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Authentication Information

Depending on how you sign in, we may receive:

  • Your name or username
  • Email address
  • Profile image
  • Authentication-provider identifiers and session information
  • Account preferences

We use this information to create and secure your account, maintain your session, provide support, and send account or service notices. We do not receive or store the password for a third-party account you use to sign in.

1.2 Video Generation Content

To process a generation request, we collect the information you submit, which may include:

  • Text prompts and instructions
  • Uploaded reference, first-frame, or last-frame images
  • Model, duration, aspect ratio, resolution, and other generation settings
  • Task identifiers, status, result links, and error information

We use this data to submit and track your request, show generation history and results, calculate credits, troubleshoot failures, and provide support. We do not claim that your private prompts or uploads are used to train an AI model. Third-party processors may handle this content under their own terms and privacy practices.

1.3 Usage and Technical Data

We may collect service and device data such as:

  • Pages viewed, feature interactions, and referral information
  • Generation attempts, status, and credit events
  • IP address, browser, device type, operating system, language, and approximate region
  • Timestamps, diagnostics, security events, and error logs

We use this information to operate the Service, diagnose problems, measure performance, prevent abuse, and understand which features are useful.

1.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies or local storage for authentication, security, and preferences. We may also use configured analytics services to understand aggregate traffic and product usage.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other core features from working. Where required, optional analytics technologies are subject to the choices presented to you.

1.5 Payment and Billing Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We may receive and retain order identifiers, product and price information, payment status, currency, billing contact details, and limited payment-method metadata needed for receipts, credits, support, fraud prevention, and accounting.

We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. Stripe processes payment credentials under its own privacy policy.

1.6 Communications

If you contact us, we may retain your email address, message, attachments, and related account or order information so we can investigate and respond to your request.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide text-to-video, first-and-last-frame, and reference-image generation workflows
  • Authenticate users and maintain accounts, credits, orders, subscriptions, and task history
  • Display results and make generated files available for a limited period
  • Process payments, restore qualifying credits, and investigate billing or generation issues
  • Secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Monitor reliability, measure aggregate usage, and improve the website and product experience
  • Send transactional messages and, where permitted, optional product communications
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations

We do not sell personal information.

3. Storage, Retention, and Security

3.1 Where Information Is Processed

Account, order, credit, and task metadata may be stored in databases operated by us or our hosting providers. Prompts, images, settings, and task information are transmitted to AI infrastructure providers as needed to process a request. Generated video links may point directly to provider-hosted results rather than files stored by Veo3o1.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their locations and subprocessors can change over time.

New videos use temporary result links and are shown for up to 14 days. Download anything you want to keep.

3.2 How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • Account information while your account is active and for a limited period afterward
  • Order, payment, and credit records as needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations
  • Generation metadata and history while needed to provide the account experience and resolve operational issues
  • Generated result links for a limited availability window, currently up to 14 days
  • Security, diagnostic, and analytics records according to operational settings and applicable requirements

Retention can be longer when required by law, necessary to resolve a dispute, or needed to protect the Service. Because result availability is limited, download any video you want to keep.

3.3 Security Measures

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, secure authentication, payment-webhook verification, and auditable credit records. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Operational backups may exist for service recovery, but they are not a personal archive and we cannot guarantee that every prompt, image, or generated result can be restored.

4. When We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only as needed for the purposes below.

4.1 Service Providers

We use service providers for functions such as:

  • AI video generation and task processing
  • Hosting, databases, networking, and content delivery
  • Authentication and account management
  • Stripe payment processing
  • Transactional email and customer support
  • Analytics, reliability monitoring, and security

Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed to perform its role and processes it under its own terms, privacy policy, and contractual obligations.

4.3 Business Transfers

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. We will provide notice when required by applicable law.

5. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and opt out of marketing communications.

To submit a request, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when an exception or legal obligation applies. Completing an account-deletion request may forfeit unused credits and cannot be undone after the applicable process is complete.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact [email protected].

7. International Processing

Our providers may process information outside the country where you live. Where required, we use or rely on recognized transfer mechanisms and other safeguards appropriate to the relevant processing. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ by jurisdiction.

8. Regional Privacy Disclosures

Residents of certain jurisdictions, including California and the European Economic Area, may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. These can include rights to know or access data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain portability, withdraw consent, opt out of certain sharing, and complain to a supervisory authority.

We do not sell personal information. To exercise an applicable right, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
