Start with the quick start guide if you are making your first video. Use the sections below to find a guide for image inputs, model settings, credits or results.

The documentation and generator are free to browse. Sign in and have a positive credit balance to upload reference images. Generation and result actions need enough available credits for the selected settings. Valid promotional credits can be used; you do not need a previous purchase.

Veo3o1 is an independent website for creating short videos with Veo 3.1. In the generator, choose from the available models, input modes, durations, aspect ratios and resolutions, then review the required credits before submitting.

Create a shot from a written prompt without adding an image. Describe the subject, one main action, the setting, camera movement and lighting.

First & Last FramesCopy section link

Choose an opening image and, if needed, an ending image to guide the start and end of a shot. See the First & Last Frames guide for image preparation and transition troubleshooting.

Reference ImagesCopy section link

Use 1–3 images to guide a character, product, object or visual style. This mode supports Fast and Lite, uses 8-second videos and offers 16:9 or 9:16. The Reference Images guide explains how to choose inputs for a new shot.

• Models: Lite, Fast and Quality.
• Durations: 4, 6, and 8 seconds where supported.
• Resolutions: 720p, 1080p or 4K where supported.
• Aspect ratios: 16:9, 9:16 or Auto where supported. Auto is unavailable in Reference Images mode.
• Advanced controls: prompt translation by the video provider, optional watermark text and an optional seed.
• Result actions: Extend video, Enhance to 1080p or Enhance to 4K, when the source task is eligible.

The features page explains the current mode constraints and credit requirements. Available combinations depend on your model and mode; check the final settings before submitting.

Before you generateCopy section link

1. Sign in to the account whose credits you plan to use.
2. Choose a creation mode.
3. Write a prompt and select any required images.
4. Select the model, duration, resolution and aspect ratio.
5. Review the required credits shown beside Generate video.
6. Select Generate video and follow the task in the output area or My Works.

The displayed credits are reserved when you submit. Selecting an image shows a local preview. The generator uploads newly selected images when you submit with enough credits for the task; the preview alone does not confirm an upload.

Generation time varies with the queue and provider conditions. You can leave the generator after submitting and check the task later in My Works. If a submission is still unconfirmed after a network error, check the existing task before another paid attempt.

Results and retentionCopy section link

My Works shows a task record for up to 14 days from the task's creation time. Result links can stop working sooner. Use Download video or Download while a link is available, then save the file from the page that opens.

An extension or enhancement creates a separate result and reserves its own credits. These actions do not restart the original task record's window. See the result actions guide for the conditions and controls.
